The cabin provides a refrigerator,sink,microwave,coffee pot,sofa,YouTubeTV,WIFI,1 full bed w/twin bunk,full bath. Outdoor covered kitchen w/picnic tables, Blackstone & Pit Boss grills,sink,fire pit, corn hole game.Pets allowed. $50/pet per stay. Our cabins are custom built, rustic, but very cozy! Although we are not located right on the water, the nearest boat landing, Broyle's, is located just right around the corner (1/4 mile) This cabin provides a double bed with a single bunk, kitchenette with a full refrigerator and microwave. Complete covered outdoor kitchen includes a TV, Blackstone & Pit Boss grills and sink. Three lockable boat or truck shelters. Fire pit. We will provide a code for the key to access the cabin. You will have access to the outdoor kitchen with the grills, TV and sink. The kitchen is a shared space with the next door cabin guests. You will also have access to one of the lockable covered boat storage shelters. ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING inside the cabin! Smoking is allowed outside but please dispose of your cigarettes in the outside containers only. A $100 fee will be charged if cigarette smoke smell, ashes, etc. are found inside the cabin. Well behaved pets are welcome! A $50 per pet per stay fee will be charged. Please let us know if you plan to bring a pet before booking. Pets are not allowed to be on the sofa or beds. DO NOT LEAVE YOUR PET UNATTENDED!Thank you! We will be available during your stay through calls or text. We live a short distance from the cabin and can be there within a few minutes if you need us. Very close (1/4 mile) to Broyle's Landing and Recreation, where there is a very nice beach area, children's playground, fishing pier, and 3 boat landing strips. There is a Dollar General 1/4 mile from the cabin, if there is anything you might need during your stay. We are located right off SC Interstate 85 at Exit 11 & are only 8 miles away from the town of Anderson, SC where there are plenty of restaurants & shopping! We are also only 15 minutes from Clemson, SC (Go Tigers!) and about 30 miles from Greenville, SC. We do not offer daily cleaning service but if more towels or washcloths are needed, just let us know. The cabin will be clean when you arrive and we clean again after your departure unless it’s an extended stay.
