The space We are Luca and Andrea, two friends. I, Luca, have worked in the world of communication and events, while my interest in cooking and feeding was growing, which are, today, my passions. I, Andrea, am a designer, and I work in the world of fashion and textiles. In 2015 I became Diletta's dad, my greatest joy. Our lives met in Barcelona in 2005, it was immediately friendship. From then on, despite changing our homes, work, relationships, we were able to cultivate a bond, which was consolidated over time. Today, together, we are making a dream come true. At the age of thirty, our lives seemed to have taken a clear direction, in some ways satisfactory, but for others incomplete. In fact, we were both missing something. We left on our way to Fuerteventura, where we could slow down, recharge and move towards a clear and conscious decision. The PLACE The B&B Regina degli Olives blends in harmony with the local architecture and vegetation, in fact it is composed of a central trullo from which a large veranda stands. Here, you can enjoy our exclusive and sought-after breakfasts. This shaded space allows internet connection via Wi-Fi. In front of the veranda is the swimming pool, strictly made of stone and surrounded by a botanical garden, inspired and made with a Zen concept of natural oasis. Allaround you will find an expanse of two and a half hectares of land, where you can admire and discover endless varieties of vegetation such as ancient spices, centuries-old olive trees, fruit trees, Mediterranean scrub and rare specimens of wild orchids. For guests, Regina di Ulivi has a lamia Regina and two trulli. The rooms have been designed and made with respect for tradition from the whiteness of the walls to the naturalness of stone floors. To give you identity and uniqueness, each solution has been characterized by the decorative signs of the bedspreads, curtains and towels, made with ancient natural fabrics and rigorously printed by hand. In the rooms, in the niches, there are small plants from all over the world that decorate the spaces as if they were sculptures. Guest access Our Lamia, designed as an ideal place for the family, consists of two comfortable rooms connected to each other and a bathroom; each room has a separate entrance that also gives direct access to the garden, pool and olive grove. The first, spacious and bright, has a king size bed; here we have chosen ornamental "sugar paper" decorations, which – combined with the "talc" of the walls and the stone on the floors – evokes an elegant and harmonious atmosphere. The second one has two single beds; designed for children and young people, it has purple floral patterns that give it a touch of magic; from the double room you access the bathroom with a large wall-mounted shower. Each room has a wardrobe, a console table with seating, and large, bright windows. The rooms are non-smoking and are equipped with heating, lock, hairdryer, complimentary eco-friendly bath kit made with organic extra virgin olive oil and natural essential oils, hypoallergenic mattresses and pillows, blankets in pure virgin wool.
