The location is ideal for boaters due to the quick and easy access to the water. It only takes two minutes to the River leading you directly to the famous islands Sanibel and Captiva as well as Fort Myers Beach. The villa was recently furbished and equipped with new furniture. From the large and friendly entrance area you will get to the living area with a beautiful view over the spacious lanai and pool area. The spacious villa has a very special beach house flair with different areas to relax and a billiard table. The villa has three bedrooms and three bathrooms. The floor plans at the end of the photos provide a good impression of the layout and room arrangement and size of the villa. For your excursions, you'll find beach chairs, a cooling box and beach accessories in the garage. Villa Flamingo is let to adults or families with children from age 6 up – or upon request. The beach and boat house are also in walking distance. We highly recommend you to rent a boat !! There is no boating license necessary in Florida and the boat rented from us will be right at your own boatdock to discover the beaches for example around Sanibel and Captiva. Dolphin sightings guaranteed. After your house booking you can set up a boat rental with us. We do have our own boats for rent. Cape Coral is known for its countless canals as the Venice of America. 30 minutes from Fort Myers airport and 2 hours from Tampa to the house. 2.5 hours to Orlando with its many parks such as Sea World, Disney World or Universal Studios. 1 hour south via Naples to the Everglades. Cape Coral has its own small beach with a yacht club. The best known, Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel or Captiva Island can also be reached in 35 minutes. In the area you will find many shops. Nearest big supermarket and other shops are by car in 5 min. to reach. Great shopping mall and outlet stores in 20min. The water park Sun Splash is located in the immediate vicinity.
