This house is luxurious and is steps away from the Magazine corridor with all the local restaurants, bars and boutiques. It is also a short walk away from St Charles Avenue and the streetcar to the French Quarter. We are a short drive to the French Quarter, next to the business District and close to the Convention center. There is also a gated parking area for one car. There are four large bedrooms, one smaller bedroom, and every bedroom is furnished with premium beds. One of our bedrooms has an in-suite bathroom, the two other bedrooms have a large shared well-appointed bathroom. There is a bedroom on the first floor, with a bathroom beside the room, and this home has plenty of space. The kitchen is large, and it has all the basics utensils, cookware, and glassware. Our neighborhood is very centralized, and it's just minutes away to the French Quarter, Frenchmen Street in The Marigny, Uptown, and the Central Business District.
