We would like to welcome you to Lake Break, our home away from home. This spacious lake front home is set back in the shaded hills of Tennessee on beautiful Norris Lake. Just steps away from a private dock and crystal green water, this home is sure to meet all of your needs. Enjoy the serene surroundings by simply lounging on the deck or on a raft. For those of you who are more adventurous, hop on a boat and explore the lakes 700 miles of shore line by water. Lake Break is a beautiful newly-renovated lake front home on Norris Lake, TN. This 2650 sq ft home features five bedrooms and four full baths, and sleeps 12 people comfortably. The home has been remodeled from top to bottom, brand new furniture and mattresses. Upon entering the home, you are immediately drawn to the open concept living/dining/kitchen area with large windows and gorgeous lake views. The main level also includes a large upper deck, with new grill and outdoor seating for 12 people. The upper level has two bedrooms and two full baths providing great privacy. Downstairs, you will find another large entertaining space, with a sectional and big screen TV, great for movie watching. The lower level has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. There is also another large deck with new screened-in porch located on the bottom level with stunning lake views and access. Outside the home, you are steps from the water and private boat dock. Enjoy fishing, swimming, boating, water sports, kayaking and more. Guests will have access to the entire home, as well as the private boat dock with covered slip. The home is located approximately 15 minutes from town. Food lion is the closest grocery store, which is almost exactly 15 minutes away. Walmart and other shopping is located about 20 minutes from the house. The closest big city is Knoxville, TN located 1 hour away. There are also hiking and biking trails located along the lake. This house is 2 hours from Gatlinburg. You can rent a boat from one of the many marinas in the areas, or bring your own if you choose. The closest marinas are Powell Valley and Flat Hollow Marina. Does have washer and dryer and second refrigerator The health and safety of our renters is extremely important. Our housekeeper will be disinfecting our home between renters with products based on the CDC’s recommendation. Bed linens will also be cleaned with an enhanced antibacterial/viral product.
