This is two side-by-side townhomes. In one townhome are three bedrooms with queen size beds in each, and the living room has a pullout (full size) couch, and an air mattress. Thirty yards away, with another house between, is the other townhome. It has another three bedrooms with queen sized beds in two rooms, and a king bed in the third, and the living room has two couches (not pullout) plus an air mattress. Perfect for your large group! Two side by side townhomes in the quiet and desired northwest area of town. They are thirty yards away from each other, with one other home between them. Extremely close to each other, and great for your large group. Each unit has a full bathroom upstairs with a shower, a full bathroom upstairs with deep tub (not shower), and a half bath downstairs. Each unit has a full kitchen and dining room seating for six. The living room could also double as dining space(on couches), if the entire party wanted to eat together. Each unit has a small charcoal grill in the back. Between all the bedrooms, the pull out couch, and the air mattresses, this could sleep 18 people, with two to a bed. One of the homes also has an under-eave kid’s play space, with remote controlled LED lights, games and books. There is room for two cars in each driveway, and unlimited on-street parking. We’ll give you an access code for keyless entry. You won’t see us during your stay, unless you need anything, in which case, we live five minutes away and can tend to any needs or maintenance that arises. These homes are in the desirable northwest section of town, where neighbors are quiet. Kids play in the street, and you’ll regularly see flocks of turkeys or families of deer in the backyard. These homes are one mile from grocery, restaurants, coffee, banking, and retail shopping. There are parks within walking distance. Three miles to the OSU campus. One hour from the beach. Two hours to PDX. There is space in each of the driveways for two cars, parked front to end. There is also unlimited on-street, unreserved parking, in the direction of traffic.
