Other things to note We recommend that you purchase trip insurance, which you can do through AirBnB at booking or independently after booking. Our home is on County Line Road, which is the main access to Seven Springs- so it is kept clear. Our driveway is plowed after snowfall, but you may find it helpful to have 4-wheel drive or all-wheel in the driveway during the winter months. Our home is set up on a hill above the road, but you may hear cars drive by. We generally find the mountain air to be cool, and rarely use the A/C. However, some guests like to know that the air conditioning is wall-mounted mini-splits in the living and family rooms, not a central system. Sometimes the best way to maintain the temperature is to use the fans to bring the cool air in. In the same way, the heat is not centralized. It is controlled room-by-room. We are in the country, so there are a fair number of insects who would love to make it inside. We have screens on all the windows and a regular pest control service.
