The five-bedroom Adventure Lodge is located in Powder House Pass, a new development (with all paved roads) just four miles south of Lead. In this lovely spot, you'll be close to Terry Peak Ski Area with Black Hills National Forest as your backyard. The house sits adjacent to snowmobile trails, ATV trails, and the Mickelson Trail, while Spearfish Canyon is just a few minutes down the road. Lead and historic Deadwood are also just a few miles away.

Built in 2018, this five-bedroom home comes complete with an attached garage, a private hot tub, and big-screen TVs for your enjoyment. The open great room features large windows and a view of Terry Peak, while the wrap-around deck is an ideal setting for barbecues, beverages, and outdoor fun.

The family room downstairs hosts a pool table, a large-screen TV, and a sofabed for any overflow sleeping. The walk-out brings you to the hot tub, a cement patio, and a maintained yard that's great for games. There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms downstairs and two bedrooms (each with its own bathroom) upstairs.

Parking notes: Parking is available for 5 vehicles. Please ensure to park at the home and do not block any other homes or roads.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.)

The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
