Great area to go for a stroll, nice gentle little hills and the whole neighborhood has large trees. Public buses run right out front. There are grocery stores and pharmacies available within a few miles or less. Certain cellphone carriers don't get a good signal for calls. Please be aware you might have to search for the perfect spot, especially in the dining room. Texts don't seem to be affected. We live about 45 minutes away if something comes up that needs our attention. It's an older home, like with any house it has it's quirks and between the two of us we're pretty handy at fixing things, the faster we know about the situation the faster we can solve it. We do have security cameras pointing towards the outside, the entrances. This helps us keep an eye on the property for safety and let's us know when we've had a delivery.
