I live on the island part time and I am available by phone/text for any of your needs. I also have a property manager/cleaner and handyman on call, if necessary to stop by and take care of anything in person. The north end of the island is a bustling hotbed of activity. Times Square is the hub, featuring plenty of restaurants, shops, the pier and other events and is easy walking distance (less than 1/5 mile). The pier offers fishing and amazing views of the Gulf of Mexico. There is plenty of shopping and other dining within just a few minutes by car. A short car trip will get you to a number of marinas, as well. Walking is the way to go. We have stayed for an entire week and barely used our car. Plenty of shops & restaurants are close to you. During season, LeeTran offers a free trolley service up and down the island. There is also bus available from right up the street that will get you anywhere you need to go in Ft. Myers. Uber/Lyft also plentiful on the island. During season (Dec-Apr), we only accept bookings that begin AND end on Saturday, unless you are booking for more than two weeks or an entire month. During off-season, we will certainly be more flexible. We require all guests who book to have the following verifications with Airbnb: e-mail, phone, and identity. Primary Booking Guest must be 25 years of age or older. Additional fees for pets (some properties are pet free) and dock usage.
