Its seventeenth-century church and the Plaza de España stand out with its sculpture of La Niña, an emblematic place of the municipality, as well as its typical Andalusian streets: clean, well-kept and with a lot of flowers. If you are going to use public transport once you land, you can take the local train from the airport to Benalmadena (Arroyo de la Miel). There, next to the train station, there is a bus stop and a Taxi stop with many taxis. It takes just 6 minutes by car to get from downtown to Benalmádena Pueblo. Benalmádena Pueblo is a small town, you will not need transportation to move inside the town. To leave the town, at a distance of 350 meters there is a taxi rank where you will always find taxis available and crossing the road is the bus stop, with a wide variety of buses and schedules.
