In the basement of the apartment you will find another room with double bed and flat-screen TV as well as another room with two single beds and plenty of closet space. On the same level, you will find a bathroom with shower and toilet as well as a small guest toilet. This apartment is a non-smoking home where there are NO pets allowed. You will find a parking space right by the house. You have the opportunity to use the communal coin washing machine and the coin dryer in the house.
