In case of allergies; there are three cats on the property, they are not allowed in the rental units. There are stairs without handrails from the parking area to the apartment and inside. The walkways and driveway are slippery. The driveway has an incline and requires a degree of fitness and physical ability when walking up or down. This property is located hillside and the terrain includes grass, stepping stones, gravel, brick, steps-cement and wood, walkways lit by ambient solar lights only thus pathways are dark at night. Property is not suited for people with any orthopedic or balance issues. NO SMOKING ALLOWED ANYWHERE ON THE PROPERTY!
