We ask for respect for our property, our neighbors who live there, and our cleaner who works extra hard for each new guest(s), and are strict with our policies. With our condo having great proximity to the ski lifts as well as nearby activities for hiking, biking, kayaking, and fishing to name just a few, you will not be disappointed. Your condo is only 100 yards across a private footbridge to the base of Mt. Crested Butte, 2 express chairlifts (Silver Queen & Red Lady), restaurants, and the free shuttle to everywhere in town. 2) A 10-person hot tub is only 30 steps from your front door (we've counted). 3) Views! The majestic Mt. Crested Butte is the centerpiece of the view from your private patio/bar with 3 bar stools. 4) With vaulted ceilings, hardwood floors, travertine tile, granite counter-tops, 3 bedrooms, and 2 full bathrooms, this gorgeous little condo will not disappoint. 5) Fireplace and freshly stocked wood for every renter! 6) 60" Smart TV and plenty of board games to keep you, your family, and/or friends entertained after a full day of outdoor activities. 7) Open floor plan on the 1st floor and very spacious. 8) Peace and quiet. Kitchen is well-stocked with plates/cups/bowls/ glasses/utensils/pots & pans, spices, crockpot, blender, etc... Some other FUN facts: -Private, strong 100mbps high-speed internet -Coin-operated laundry in the common area -Eat-in kitchen w/ 2 kitchen stools along counter-side -Dining room w/ 6 person table and bench -Reading area w/ 2 comfy recliner chairs and stocked with books. -Heated garage to store all your seasonal equipment such as bikes, ski/boarding gear, hiking/fishing equipment, vehicle, etc... - Private patio to enjoy amazing sunrises & sunsets - Brand new windows in the loft along with an egress window for safety - New windows in both bedrooms that overlook the downstairs Guests have access to our entire condo with all the complex amenities. - Our heated garage (approx 6ft in height) - Coin-operated or ApplePay washers/dryers in the common area of the complex. $3 for each load - Common area to include hot tub, grill, and picnic deck area with killer views! You will have access to me via phone, texting or email prior to your stay and throughout your stay at the condo. We have several friends who live in CB who can come to help with any issues that may arise. We are the only condo complex within steps of a private foot bridge that leads to the base of Mt. Crested Butte. Steps away from 2 express chairlifts, local coffee shops/restaurants such as CoffeeLab, The Avalanche, Iron Horse Tap and Butte 66 Roadhouse just to name a few. There is also a mini-mart, Treasury liquor store and several shops within walking distance. There is a free shuttle that runs approximately every 15-20 minutes. It goes from the base of the mountain (you can catch it right at The Grand Lodge) that heads right into town. Our condo also has a private footbridge to which in approx. 5 minutes you will be at the base of the mountain. From there be ready to ski/board/bike/hike to the top of Mt. Crested Butte or just enjoy the restaurants, bars and activities that are always going on at the mountain. * Please make sure our condo parking pass is displayed in your car while in our lot at all times or you could be subject to a ticket and/or a boot that you as the renters will have to pay. Our complex has stairs to get from the parking lot to our condo as well as stairs to get to the laundry room and footbridge.
