CHECK-IN/OUT Your manager will contact you prior to your arrival to arrange a meeting time for your check-in. A door code will be supplied at check-in for the duration of your visit. 7 minutes to Palm Springs International airport without traffic. Very easy to get around to almost anywhere. Sunrise Square shopping center is two blocks away with Starbucks, Albertsons grocery, Wells Fargo bank, Loco Charlie's Mexican and World Gym. All within walking distance of the house. Downtown Palm Springs is 3 miles away for a quick drive or Uber. Just two blocks south of your house is another grocery store and additional restaurants. A short walk can get you to nearby grocery stores, restaurants, and Starbucks. But downtown Palm Springs is only 3 miles away for a longer walk or short drive. * Cleaning: The cleaning fee rate is set by the cleaners themselves and charged to us. 100% of that rate goes to the cleaners. Pool Heating: The current rate for pool heating is $80.00 per day. We monitor this expense closely and will adjust the fee based solely on our actual gas cost. The pool generally has to start heating 24 hours prior to your arrival in order to be heated by check-in, so advance notice is needed. Tax: Per Palm Springs ordinance, a 11.5% tax (transient occupancy tax) is calculated on the total rental fee. (As of July 1st 2021 they have added a tourist fee of 1%) Dogs: Dogs only. No other types of pets. Please do not leave dogs unattended in the house at any time unless they are in a secure create. You are responsible for any damage caused by your pet. HOUSE RULES Please be certain to read all house rules and additional rules prior to booking. Palm Springs has a comprehensive ordinance for Vacation Rentals and they are strictly enforced. Minimum rental age for all guests is 25 unless accompanied by parent or legal guardian. No groups larger than 6 and no parties or events. Palm Springs airport is basically in the center of the city. And you will see planes take off and land in this and nearby neighborhoods. However, it's not Los Angeles international airport and It's usually restricted to late morning and early evening. To date it has not been a problem for our guests.
