The house is the entire front unit of the property and features 2 master bedrooms each with its own bathroom, loft, front patio and rooftop deck with ocean views and a completely remodeled interior. There are 2 ½ baths total. Our home sleeps 8 comfortably. The home has DIRECTV programming and large flat screen televisons in the living room and both bedrooms. The loft has 2 trundle beds, large flat screen television and an Xbox One making it a great area for kids to hangout after a perfect day at the beach. Each room has its own remote controlled heating and air conditioning unit. The home has wireless internet throughout. The rooftop deck has a seating area and umbrella. The front patio has a brand new BBQ and seating area. The kitchen has a dual sink, built-in microwave, dishwasher, gas range and stove and large refrigerator. A key feature for families is inside laundry on the first floor just off the dining room. The laundry is not coin-operated and there is no need to walk back to the garage. All rooms feature hardwood floors. The dining area seats eight. There is one carport parking space. You will have access to the entire front unit of the property - entire home. So no one will be above or below you during your stay. Enjoy the street patio or rooftop deck. We live locally only 10 minutes away and are available to assist with any needs you may have during your stay. The home has a keypad entry. We completely remodeled this home after purchase in 2015. The location on 36th Street is ideal for families that want to explore all the great things about Balboa Peninsula. The location is a great beach/surfing/body boarding spot. It is also a majority owner-occupied street so you don't have to deal with big parties and noise. Bring your bikes or just walk to restaurants, shopping and the beach. 36th Street is where the boardwalk begins that extends down the majority of Balboa Peninsula. Summer time rentals are a minimum of 4 nights, but 7 nights is strongly preferred
