Armstrong Redwoods State Reserve Nestled in the heart of the Russian River Valley, this 240 acre redwood grove offers both peaceful and serene walking and hiking trails throughout the reserve. The Parson Jones tree is the tallest at 310 feet and the Colonel Armstrong tree is the oldest at 1400 years old.
