The main living area has vaulted ceilings, a state of art kitchen, seated dining area with walkout access to the deck. This floor features a ½ bath, TV/Entertainment, pull out sofa and mudroom with washer/dryer. Chef’s kitchen features a gas stove, toaster oven, drip coffee maker (filters and good coffee provided!), french press, microwave and is well-appointed with pots, pans, spices etc. for use during your stay. Downstairs features 3 carpeted bedrooms that sleep up to 8 and are almost equal in size. • 1 King Bed with Mtn views and Ensuite Full Bath with walk-in shower • 1 Queen with Mtn views • 1 Bunk Room -set is Full over Twin with Twin Trundle, this room also has the 2nd TV for the kids or lucky couple who gets this room. We live on the front range and are available by text and email and have a local full-time property manager who can assist with all your needs while in town and if there is an emergency. The house is less than 1 mile from several hiking trails. We are located just past (~1.5 miles) Mt. Crested Butte Resort right off Gothic near the Mt. CB Town Hall/Police Station, and approx. 4 miles to downtown CB. There is no street parking allowed in Mtn. CB. All guests must park in the driveway. We recommend a max of 3 cars with one in the garage, and the other 2 parked close to the house and not blocking access from the road. This is especially important in the winter to allow for plow access. Snow removal is done when we have 5" or more. One additional car, up to 4 total may be allowed in the Summer months. Car, free shuttle We are located just past (~1.5 miles) Mt. Crested Butte Resort right off Gothic near the Mt. CB Town Hall/Police Station, and approx. 4 miles to downtown CB. The free shuttle service called First Tracks. Simply download the app and schedule a pickup/drop off from this home to the base area. If you go “out on the town” feel free to use the free bus service from the town of CB to Mountaineer square then schedule the free first tracks shuttle to bring you straight to your front door. CB is a small town that is easy to get around. Our place has privacy, views, and access to make your trip next-level! Downtown CB has excellent restaurants, shops, and bars—Welcome to the best mountain town in Colorado! Well behaved dogs welcome, max of 2 dogs per stay. $175 fee per dog charged after booking. Please see rules section for complete details. Please declare pets at time of booking, note there is a RING camera at the door and fines apply for undisclosed pets. Cleaning fees are pass through costs. This is a mountain with a labor shortage, fees are higher and living wages are paid. If your stay required more than 4 hours of cleaning you will be charged post-stay for the additional time (this has only happened one time in three years). KIDS: Difficult to set up baby gates (also not provided at the home) due to way stair openings are for babies and toddlers. Also note wire railing on main floor -children must be watched near it and not hang on/off or stick head through. Bedrooms do not have proper space/room for pack and play sleeping set up for young children/babies. This home is not advised for young children/babies. PARKING: There is no street parking allowed in Mtn. CB. All guests must park in the driveway.
