Prior to arrival, Occupant will receive access codes to electronic door locks and/or lock boxes containing keys to the Premises. The Premises may contain common area keys/cards and remote control device(s) for garage door/gate openers that are the responsibility of the Occupant. Occupant shall pay all costs and charges related to the loss of any keys or opening devices. The vacation villa is located at Legacy Villas in La Quinta. Legacy Villas is a community of 280 resort condominiums and townhomes. The community is nestled in a mountain cove on the western side of La Quinta with views of the Santa Rosa and Chocolate mountains throughout the property. Enjoy 12 saltwater pools and hot tubs, a fitness center and a community clubhouse and barbeque. Legacy Villas is a gated community with 24 hour manned security. The community is a 5-10 minute walk to La Quinta Resort and only a short drive from Old Town La Quinta, the Indian Wells Tennis Garden, the Indio Polo Grounds and numerous other desert attractions. La Quinta is home to over 30 public and private golf courses. The PGA Tour's Humana Challenge is hosted at several of the city's courses each January. The BNP Paribas Tennis Tournament is hosted at the Indian Wells Tennis Garden every March; only a 10-15 minute drive from a majority of our properties in the city. Don't forget the Riverside County Fair and Date Festival in February, La Quinta Arts Festival in March and the Coachella and Stagecoach Music Festivals in April. The Coachella Valley is a wonderful destination for outdoor adventure in all seasons. This vacation villa is the perfect place for your next visit to the California desert! PETS: DOGS ONLY are allowed. Occupant agrees to comply the following: 1. Guest to pay additional pet fee in the amount of $100. 2. All pets must comply with the following specifications: a. May not exceed 50 lbs. b. Must be at least 2 year(s) of age or older. c. Must be spayed or neutered. d. Must be up-to-date on rabies vaccinations and all other vaccinations. Heart-worm preventive is highly recommended. 3. All pets must be leashed at all times outside the Premises. 4. Guest is responsible for cleaning up any/all pet refuse. 5. Pets are not allowed on furniture at any time. Any evidence of pets on furniture may incur extra cleaning fees. 6. All pets are to be treated with a topical flea and tick repellent prior to arrival. Fleas and ticks present in this area and can cause harmful/fatal illness to humans and pets. 7. Pet must not cause damage to premises or furnishings. If damages are caused, the cost of the damage will be charged to the occupants electronic form of payment on-file. 8. Guest should prevent pets from producing excessive noise at a level that disturbs neighbors. 9. Pet will not be left unattended for an undue length of time, either indoors or out. Pet will not be left unattended on balcony, patio, or porch. 10. California Vacation Villas assumes no responsibility for illness or injury that may incur to pets or be caused by pets while on on the Premises. *IF AN UNAUTHORIZED PET IS ON THE PREMISES THE GUEST IS RESPONSIBLE FOR A $250 PET FEE
