MUST be at least 25 years of age to rent. NO Pets of any kind, this includes emotional support pets. We recommend heating the pool between the months of October-May $150 a day. If you would like the pool heated we would need 48hrs notice for optimal temperature. There is no charge for Jacuzzi heating. Must have pool heated for all days stayed. Maximum occupancy 6. If more than 6, each additional person up to 8 will be charge $25 per night, over 8, will be charged 50$ per night.
