Vail is ~25 min away, Copper Mtn ~6 min, Breckenridge ~15 min and Keystone is ~15 min PLUS the free Summit Stage bus stop (that goes to all Summit Co resorts) is only a 5 min walk. KITCHEN IS A CHEF’S DREAM Mountain View Retreat boasts an amazing chef's kitchen outfitted with slab granite, high-end stainless appliances that include a double oven with warming drawer, gas stove with pop up vent and wet bar with wine fridge. There’s room for everyone to sit and gather. The lovely dining table can seat 10 (with leaf), 4 can perch at the kitchen island and another 2 can sit at the wet bar. The kitchen also boasts many small appliances like a Vitamix, Keurig, waffle maker, mixer, coffee-maker, toaster oven, wine and beer glasses, serving platters and so much more you may just cook every meal here! OUTDOOR AREAS: Nestled amid pines that twinkle with white lights at night, the back deck is a private retreat. Grill tasty meals and dine alfresco at the table for seven. Six more can sit around the built-in gas fireplace and roast smores under the stars. Soak in the professionally-maintained 6-person outdoor saline HOT TUB after a day of fun, any season. Finally, the second family room/Rec room is on its own level and sleeps 4 more: it has a queen murphy bed, new queen sofa sleeper with memory foam mattress and bathroom with shower. Finally, the oversized 2+ car garage has plenty of room for SUVs, bikes and other toys and another 4 cars can park in the circular driveway. COVID QUESTIONS? In addition to state-of-the art cleaning protocols -- following the Vacation Rental Managers Association and CDC guidelines -- the house will be empty for at least 24 hours if not more prior to your stay, after cleaning. Guests also receive a cleaning "welcome kit" with hand santizer, wipes, etc and we provide cleaning and paper products. PLEASE NOTE: We require a rental agreement with ages of guests before the booking process is complete. We reserve the right to cancel any reservation that fails to return the rental agreement or will not comply with our house rules. This is NOT a party house. Nor is smoking of any kind allowed. Frisco Heights is a quiet neighborhood with many residents who live there full time. A well-behaved, nonshedding dog may be allowed with additional $175 pet fee and pet addendum. Frisco Heights is a quiet neighboorhood close to Main St., Frisco Marina, restaurants, parks and Whole Foods, all of which are in walking distance! Frisco is a small, lovely town 6 min to Copper Mtn and about 11 min to Breckenridge. The FREE Summit Stage bus stops about .2 miles away and goes to Copper, Breckenridge and Keystone. The house is huge and on 4 levels so there are stairs. We have some baby gear -- pack and play, jogging stroller and high chair -- but the house is NOT baby-proofed. Assuming prior approval is granted (in owner's sole discretion), we are pet friendly with $25/nt/pet fee. ALL pet(s) MUST be specifically pre-approved and pet addenda will be included with contract.
