After popping into the local museums or hiking along a nearby trail, everyone will have built up an appetite. Workshop Kitchen, Cheeky’s, Farm, and Rooster and the Pig (takeout only) are all great options for a bite! Plus, day trips to the beauty of Mount San Jacinto State Park or Joshua Tree National Park are within 35 miles of town! THINGS TO KNOW -Outdoor music is prohibited. Music that is played indoors must not be heard outdoors. City ordinance states that any music that is audible from the property line is a violation. People noise during the day is permissible but must be measured and reasonable. Daytime is considered 10:00 am to 10:00 pm. -The utility deposit is $1,500 for 28 nights with $375 added for each additional week the guest stays. -This home is managed by Vacation Palm Springs Real Estate, Inc. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. This rental is located on floor 1. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles. Security camera details: There are active security cameras mounted above the garage door and to the left of the garage. They face the driveway and the walkway to the front door. 1 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD49 per day must be paid prior to check-in. Guests can contact Vacasa after booking to purchase pool heat for your stay. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
