Our home is centrally located between 4 highways for easy access to popular attractions anywhere in the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex. We are walking distance to the nearest Aldi grocery store, CVS, Kiest Park, and Elmwood Park. Take a 10-minute drive to popular shopping and dining areas such as Bishop Arts, Sylvan 30, Trinity Groves, or Downtown Dallas. If you plan to rent a car, we highly recommend using Turo. Our nearest DART bus stop (Hampton @ Waverly) is just around the corner. The nearest train station, Hampton Station, is less than a mile away. LONG-TERM GUESTS (staying more than 14 days) should note that our Airbnb is a furnished home, NOT a hotel. This means that: - We do not provide a shuttle service from the airport. Rideshare services are readily available anywhere in Dallas-Fort Worth. - The home will be sparkling clean when you arrive but like most Airbnb's, we do not provide ongoing cleaning services. We do provide extra linens and cleaning supplies so that you can keep your space tidy. If you prefer to hire someone to clean on a regular basis, we can refer you to our trusted housekeeping service which charges $150 per standard cleaning. - We provide enough basics (toilet paper, paper towels, soap, etc) for at least 2 weeks. Guests will purchase these items for the rest of their stay. - We WILL maintain our own property like the best landlord you've ever had! Let us know if the Wi-Fi is slow or an appliance stops working. We want to take care of any issue as soon as possible so that you feel right at home.
