Welcome to our cozy, western themed home located in NW Denver! This is the UPSTAIRS unit of the house. Downstairs is an Airbnb as well. There is no access between the units and each has their own entrance. COVID-19 UPDATE: We employ a professional cleaning service to clean and sanitize every single surface of our home in between each guest! - No smoking indoors - No pets allowed - No events, parties, or large gatherings - Quiet hours 10pm-8am - Please remove shoes upon entry The space This is the perfect place for family and friends to get together and explore Denver and the surrounding areas. Our home is the upper unit of a ranch style house that has been recently renovated and decorated in a modern, western style. Brand new W/D, stainless steel refrigerator, bathrooms, flooring and carpet throughout the house. There is no access to the garage (owner’s storage) or downstairs (other Airbnb) There is plenty of parking available on the RIGHT (paved) side of the driveway and on the street. Please keep the LEFT side of the driveway (unpaved) free for the downstairs unit. This unit has central A/C and baseboard heating, and the temperature is easily adjusted using the Nests termostatos. Heat and A/C units are labeled accordingly, please DO NOT run one with making sure the other is off. Please DO NOT use the fireplace (it looks pretty but is old and doesn’t vent very well...) The unit is cleaned thoroughly after every use and clean sheets, linens, towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toilet paper and paper towels are provided for our guests. For breakfast and basic cooking needs we offer Keurig coffee, cold cereal, sugar, flour, olive oil and salt and pepper. Pots and pans are located in the cabinets and the plates, cups and bowls are located in the open shelving units up top. We also provide soap and dishwasher pods for dishes as well as detergent pods and dryer sheets for doing laundry. Our house is professionally cleaned after every stay and fully furnished with comfortable surroundings including: 3 Brown Leather Couches Fast Wifi throughout house 40 in Samsung TV with Amazon Fire Stick. Amazon Prime Video, HBO NOW, Disney+ & Sling TV (live TV) apps are provided free of charge by us! Please log in to your Netflix, Hulu and other streaming accounts and log out before you leave (unless you want the next guests using your account!) Full Length Dining Room Table/workspace with seating up to 8 (5 dining chairs + 3 folding chairs in hallway closet) Full Kitchen with oven, range, microwave, refrigerator, and dishwasher New Samsung Washer and Dryer with pods and dryer sheets provided 2 Renovated and Stocked Bathrooms Brand New Memory Foam Mattresses (2Q, 1F), Pillows and Comforters Night Stands and Reading Lamps Closet bars with hangers and luggage racks Shoe Bench and coat rack in entrance hallway Books, games and playing cards Cleaning Cleaning costs cover basic turnover only and we hire local cleaners to help stimulate local small businesses. If the unit is not left in decent shape, additional cleaning costs may be incurred per the Airbnb user agreement. See below for check out instructions. Guest Interactions We respect your privacy and space as much as you desire - our goal is to accommodate beyond expectation and respond very quickly to any and all questions and requests. Recommendations for activities/food/drink are provided in the guest book. . . HOUSE RULES: - No smoking of any kind indoors including vape (420 & tobacco products are ok outside with the sliding door closed. Please use the ashtray provided on the patio table) - No pets allowed - No events, parties, or large gatherings - Quiet hours 10pm-8am - Please remove shoes upon entry - If you take the folding chairs onto the patio please return them inside when not in use. - Any damages will be charged - Check out time is 10 AM. - If you are staying on a MONDAY night, please put all trash & recycling bins on the curb for Tuesday pick up and return them to the side of the house if you are staying on Tuesday (thank you!) Check out instructions: -Please pull all used sheets & pillowcases off the beds and start the washing machine on “Quick Wash” water temp setting “Warm” with any used towels/washcloths/dish towels -Please place all dirty dishes in dishwasher and run “Normal” wash -Please take all trash & recycling out to the bins on the left side of the house. If the bins are full please place bags near the bins & alert the host via the app. -Please ensure A/C is set at no lower than 72 in the summer and the HEAT no higher than 65 in the winter before you leave. (If it’s nice out, please turn both off thanks!) Guest access You have access to the UPSTAIRS unit of the home only. No basement, garage or backyard access.
