Our townhouse has a gorgeous, newly renovated kitchen with brand new appliances including a wine refrigerator and granite counter tops. Downstairs off the large den is a private patio with a hot tub overlooking the bay, gas grill, and seating for six as well as a private dock only shared with the townhouse 9185 (great for fishing or keeping your boat!). Complimentary use of kayaks, canoes, bike, and pool at the resort, beach chairs and umbrellas. The Gulf of Mexico beach is a short walk away. Please note that we are pet friendly. There is a limit of TWO pets for your stay, and there is an additional charge of $25 per day/ per pet. This charge will be taken on your personal credit card when you arrive for your stay.
