Located on the 4 O'clock ski run area of Peak 9. Features include a full kitchen and bathroom as well as sliding doors out to a small patio area with views to the south. Ski in and ski out access is very convenient from this Breckenridge ski home. Simply cross the street to the Four O'Clock ski run and click into your skis or snowboard. Ski down to the Snowflake Lift where you cross over and get on the chair to Peak 8. when your day on the slopes is over follow the ski trail signs back to the Four O'Clock ski run and slide home. Ideally suited for a couple or family with 1 or 2 children, the unit is well equipped for cooking and relaxing whilst on your mountain getaway. Cosy up to the fireplace on a chilly winter evening whilst you watch the powder pile up outside on the patio. The sofa/bed and chair were both brand new in 2020, and the king bed now has a 3inch gel topper. Located a short 5 minute drive from the Breckenridge Main St, the restaurants, bars and shops are never far away. Situated across the road from the 4O'clock ski run, the condo has great access to both ski trails in winter and hiking trails in the summer. The nearest free shuttle bus stop is a 5 min walk down the road. The shuttle runs from Breck Station from 6.20am til 10.20pm. There are also taxis and UBER has just started up in town. During winter months we strongly recommend a 4x4 vehicle or 2WD with snow/winter tires. The condo is a lower level walk-out condo with patio, that is accessed by a full flight of stairs down from the entrance/ parking level. PLEASE NOTE: The home sits across from the 4 O'clock run, and the Snowflake lift. Early and late snow conditions determine if the condo is ski in/out - poor conditions early or late may mean the run is closed / the Snowflake lift is not running.
