The hot tub and pool are open! (weather permitting) The hours are from 10AM - 9 PM. If it is too windy or if the temps fall below 65 degrees, the pool will close. Please see the hot tub and pool schedule and hours below. Beds: King in master, queen bed in bedroom 2 and bunk beds (two full beds) in bedroom 3. The hot tub and pool are currently closed. The hot tub will open Feb 16, 2024, and the pool will open on March 22, 2024 (weather permitting). Please see the pool and hot tub 2024 schedule and hours below. BEDS: King in master, queen bed in bedroom 2 and bunk beds (two full beds) in bedroom 3. Relax and enjoy this beautiful townhome after a day of exploring Moab! This home has been furnished with your needs in mind and there is plenty of room for everyone to spread out. Just minutes away from Arches and Canyonlands National Parks, Old Spanish Trail Arena, La Sal Mountains and Dead Horse Point State Park. There are endless jeep trails, mountain biking, & hiking possibilities just a quick drive from the townhome. Unwind on the patio and take in the views with plenty of seating and a gas grill for making some of your favorite meals! All three bedroom are located upstairs. The master bedroom has a king size bed, attached bathroom and balcony to enjoy the views of Moab. (patio furniture is not permissible on the upstairs balcony due to HOA guidelines) There are two additional bedrooms upstairs, one with a queen size bed and the other with a bunk bed (two full beds). There is also a full size bathroom upstairs. Downstairs features the living room, dining room, kitchen and half bathroom. There are TV's and DVD players in each of the 3 bedrooms and living area. The 21 X 22 two car garage is a great place to park your vehicles and toys. Outside the garage is an additional 38' driveway for trailers, RZRs or additional vehicles. All bed linens, bath towels, washcloths and pool towels are provided. The kitchen is fully equipped with the most common utensils, cookware and small appliances. Dish soap, dishwasher soap, dish scrub and paper towels are provided. Each townhome has hand soap in the bathrooms and toilet paper. Washer and dryers are located in the unit and are free of charge. (Laundry detergent is provided.) There is a regular coffee maker in the unit and coffee filters are provided. Please bring the coffee of your choice! Cancellations needs to be done at least 30 days prior to arrival for a full refund. Property management company, Makenna's Gold Rentals is local in Moab. Manager is on premises. 2024 Pool & Hot Tub Schedule: Hot Tub Schedule: OPEN Feb. 16th-March 21st: 1 pm-9 pm. March 22nd- Oct. 21st: 10 am-9pm Oct. 22nd-Jan. 2, 2025: 1 pm-9 pm *Hot tub is closed Jan. 3-Feb. 15th 2024 POOL Schedule: Opening Date: Friday, March 22nd (weather permitting) Last Day Pool is Open: Sunday, Oct. 21st Pool Hours: 10 am-9 pm daily when open **Pool is open weather permitting. Early season (Late March/early April) pool may not open IF the weather is too cold. EX: IF high temps for the day are not expected to be above 65 degrees. Pool & Hot tub can be closed due to in-climate weather. Please advise friends/family/renters to shower before entering the pool/hot tub. People getting in without showering first makes water dirtier/grimy and requires more use of chemicals. No need to pick up keys when checking in! We send you the access information 30 days prior to your arrival, so that you can access your rental at the designated check-in time or at your leisure. The access information outlines check-in and check-out information, WIFI password, parking information, house rules and other helpful reminders. We encourage all guests to bring a flashlight with them if they plan to arrive after dark. The development has low lighting and your townhome may be hard to locate in the dark. Plus, the flashlight will help with entering codes to access the townhome. Each townhome provides you with your private little oasis, with the confidence that the Property Manager is on-site and available, should questions or issues come up during your stay. We outline in our access instructions how to get in contact with us either by phone call, text or email, if needed. You'll be close enough to two of The Mighty Five National Parks in Utah, yet far enough away from all the hustle and bustle of downtown, with being only 5 miles from downtown Moab, 11 miles away from Arches National Park and 36 miles from Canyonlands National Park. Rim Vistas development offers private, quiet and beautifully landscaped townhomes with walkable streetscape and amenities such as a community pool, hot tub, tennis court and playground. The population of Moab is a little over 5,000, so we have limited resources when it comes to public transportation. We encourage our guests to bring or rent a vehicle when staying in Moab. We also encourage guests to connect with the local adventure tour companies, if seeking more of a thrill on the many 4-wheel drive trails around Moab! Most of our townhomes come with a private attached garage, so we highly encourage guests to use the garage when parking. Each townhome is encouraged to only use one parking space near their townhome to allow other guests to have parking available to them, as well. Our overflow parking is available on Meador Drive along the curb. Due to fire code, guests are not allowed to park next to curbs inside of the complex and only on Meador Drive. Our pool and hot tub are open seasonally and we post the most up to date information on pool/hot tub closures and openings in the description of each townhome. The hot tub is typically open mid-February through the end of December and the pool is typically open the first part of April through mid-October. When the hot tub and pool are open, please check the hours of availability, as they do change throughout the year.
