There is only parking for one vehicle and you will be towed or booted without a pass. Please remember to leave the pass in the unit when you leave. The HOA strictly manages parking passes and there is a $25 fee for replacement of a missing parking pass that will be billed to the guest. There is no parking for any trailers or recreational vehicles larger than a standard parking place. Do not park in the free town lots overnight in the winter, you will get towed. Overflow parking: The Crested Butte Mountain Resort parking lot is located at 32 Emmons Loop just past the Grand Lodge on Gothic Road. Turn right on Treasury Road and the parking lot is on your right. This parking lot is $15 per day during the winter and free during the summer. Ski Shuttle Details: Damage Waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $2,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
