Ranch style home located in a very nice quiet neighborhood with cul-de-sac. There is a large very spacious back yard. Off street parking, the driveway, as well as the garage depending on your needs. Total access to a shared living room area with very large T.V. and two large couches. Total access to a nice kitchen and laundry room. The space This home is a 1.5 bath. Therefore you would have mostly private access to the bathroom as there is another toilet and sink in my laundry room off of my bedroom. I take pride in having all your basic essentials such as fresh towels, linens, shampoo, conditioner, toiletries etc. The pictures are in the process of being updated as I am putting a full size bed in the room as well as a smart t.v. I don't get a lot of time to watch t.v. so I only have Netflix you are welcome to but do not have cable. You will have immediate access to wifi upon arrival. Your room is the first room to the right down the hallway right across from the bathroom. Other things to note I do have a 1 year old. I have been so lucky he hasn't been sick yet and has slept through the night since he was very little. I do not think he would affect any guest's sleep but if a child is something you are not comfortable with this is definitely something you need to know about my listing.
