To maintain the tranquil atmosphere, we ask our guests to be considerate and avoid hosting parties. Please note that there is a noise monitor in the living area, and excessive noise may result in additional charges or reservation cancellation. ***Note: Owner is allergic to dogs and cats. Pets, including emotional support animals, are not allowed. This is our personal home and we use it often, so the health of the owner is imperative. No pets allowed of any kind. If you bring an animal you will be charged a $500 fee to deep clean all carpets***
