Updated 1st floor 1 bed 1 bath condo centrally located in Denver. The Cherry Creek and Glendale area is conveniently located by shopping, bars, restaurants, public transportation, i25, Cherry Creek bike trail, and DU. This unit also has a pull-out couch in the living room which allows 4 total guests if you have temporary visitors. This condo is a cozy hip recently updated unit in a fairly large complex made up of several different buildings. It has a small community feel and most importantly, Location Location Location! Cherry Creek Village Condominiums are about as centrally located as it gets! Come check out everything that the Cherry Creek and Glendale areas have to offer. You are also a quick cab, uber, lyft or bus ride to anything else in Denver. If you like riding bikes, the Cherry Creek trail is less than a block away and will take you directly to the heart of Downtown Denver. Bikes are even available to rent at the Cherry Creek mall. Guests will have open parking directly in front of the condo and will have a direct door to outside (no hallway). You will be able to see your vehicle from the living room and should have spots available at all times. The outdoor pool is open during the summer months and is less than 100 yards from the front door. There are communal washers and dryers available in the complex if needed. I can interact with my quests as much as they would like to be interacted with. If you want me to check you in and give a formal walk through, I can do that! I can answer questions you may have and give you any recommendations to help ensure you have a wonderful visit. If you want to be left alone, I can do that as well! The Cherry Creek Trail instant access is one of my favorite parts about this area. I also really like the restaurant/brewer just down the street. "Bull and Bush" is English themed and is one of Denver's oldest micro-breweries. There is a city bus stop less than a block away on Mississippi. Please note that the pool is an outdoor pool and open during the summer season (Memorial Day through Labor Day). Also, the unit DOES NOT HAVE a washer and dryer inside. There are two buildings in the complex that only other guests have access to. When you walk out the condo front door, you immediately turn right and about 100ft is the closest washer/dryer access. There will be a RTF/Key Fob clicker provided with your keys so you can get inside the clubhouse, mailroom, small gym, laundry and pool.
