Historic House is located in Sweetwater’s Historic District within walking distance to downtown. Located off I-75 between Knoxville and Chattanooga with a 1-hour drive to McGhee Tyson Airport, Knoxville, Chattanooga, Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, Dollywood, and Tail of the Dragon. The space Our Historic Downtown House is a spacious 2,750 square feet home. On the first floor, there are 2 separate living rooms, a large kitchen (coffee bar), a laundry room (washer and dryer), a dining room, a primary bedroom (king bed), and 2 separate bedrooms (queen beds), and 1.5 bathrooms. The 2nd floor has 1 bedroom (queen bed), full bathroom plus bonus room. The outdoor space consists of a screened-in porch and rock patio surrounded by a wooden privacy fence. House includes 4 big-screen TVs and excellent wi-fi. Guest access Guests have an entire house with parking in the driveway and street. The 3 separate exterior entry doors have 4 steps. There are 15 steps to the 2nd floor. Other things to note There are 3 exterior security cameras angled toward the street at each entry for security purposes. No smoking and no pets please.
