The Guest Suite is sun-filled, lots of windows with black-out shades. It is CLOSE to everything but very private, quiet, beautifully appointed, spotless, and comfortable..5 miles to downtown Westerly and 2.4 miles to beaches. There is a 55" TV with streaming services, WIFI, kitchenette, outdoor grill, washer/dryer, dining table, closet, full bath with shower, 2 entrances, a private patio, dog door, and large fenced dog pen, ceiling fans, AC and heat, and a Peloton. It is attached to the larger house but there is a breezeway between the spaces. Will wave or be invisible as you wish. It is soundproof and private. You have access to the entire outdoor sitting spaces and garden as you wish. Covid-compliant cleaning practices are ensured. While you have a private patio, grille and entire gardens to enjoy. Up to you. Self check or I can show you a few things. But no interaction unless you initiate or there is an unforeseen issue. Please do not leave your dog alone for more than 2-3 hours at a time. Westerly is beautiful little town of 22,000 people bordered by the Pawcatuck River to the South and the State Beach to the East. You can walk or ride bikes to town which has a thriving Main Street, lots of great shops, restaurants, a skating rink, bookstores, library, and park. In the opposite direction- 2.5 miles are some of the most beautiful, wild and expansive beaches. Watch Hill is just down the road 3 miles. Westerly has a great night life; dancing and stuff going on all thru the winter. It is a short drive to Mystic and Stonington CT - also sweet little, quintessential New England towns. Westerly has an Amtrack Station 1.5 miles from the house. Makes traveling a breeze and I can likely help with rides. Uber is your public transportation system here! Beach towels, and boogie boards, and your pantry will be lightly stocked upon arrival.
