The vaulted living room and picture windows look out to the west with mountainside views. The kitchen is well equipped to allow for family and group gatherings around the large dining table. The house has 3 levels - Ground level - entry / garage / TV room with bunk beds .... upstairs 1/2 level to: Mid level - full bathroom plus washer/dryer... upstairs 1/2 level to: Main level - living room / kitchen / queen bedroom / Bonus room (twin over full) / bathroom with shower / laundry & toilet / outside east deck with Hot tub and west deck with BBQ grill and patio furniture .... upstairs to: Upper level - Master with king bed / master bathroom with separate shower and toilet plus large jetted tub. Small deck off master bedroom. (We show all sleeping spaces on our listing in order to show the flexibility of sleeping arrangements - but no inquiries for more than 4 guests please) There are 2 security cameras at the front of the house - these face the garage door/key pad and the parking/yard areas. Situated in lovely wooded, residential neighborhood 6 miles south of downtown Breckenridge. This house requires a rental car - 4 wheel drive during the winter months The driveway to this house has a covering of snow from October, often into May. It is always recommended to rent a 4x4 vehicle during the winter months. Winter driving conditions are common and whilst the driveway is plowed, we always advise to bring an all wheel drive vehicle.
