Very cozy house with comfortable furniture, everything is newly remodeled, many decks and areas to sit, lots of activities on the water with beaches nearby. Bikes, paddle boards, kayaks are all included and easily launched on the private dock with very quick lake access. You can even bring your own boat and park it on the dock! The entire house is part of the rental with the exception of owners closet in garage and in master bedroom, linen closet in upstairs hallway and occasionally one side of the garage is used for seasonal storage. Beach drive is an upscale neighborhood in the Tahoe Keys and many homeowners on this street are celebrities. Please respect their privacy. Beach drive is a family neighborhood and the Tahoe Keys have specific rules against loud parties. Driving is the preferred mode of transportation here, but at the "Y", the intersection between hey 89 and why 50, there there are public bus service. There are also some ski shuttles. Check (URL HIDDEN) for the schedule. * Starting May 2021, this home can only be rented for a 30-day period due to the new short term rental ordinance in South Lake Tahoe. If you are interested in a shorter rental, you are welcome to call me. I have friends, who have legal short term rentals in the tourist zone, and oftentimes families are looking for other families to share a 30-day rental.
