The Citadel is a pretty little place, modern with vintage cottage appeal right off Hwy 7 by the mile-long bridge leading into Warsaw. This 2 story, 2 bedroom, 2 full bath home (showers only) offers a well equipped kitchen, dining, living & sitting room w/Roku tv and tv w/dvd player, wifi, room to work, and outdoor seating. Large parking area. Close to swim beaches, the park at Drake Harbor for walking/boating/fishing, flea markets, antique shops, restaurants and the Overlook. No washer/dryer The space Calm yet colorful. A little quirky but not weird. Vintage style but modern. A living AND a sitting room give guests options for privacy. Outdoor seating in four areas. Fish cleaning station w/outdoor water source. Outlets on the porch to plug into. Hiway in front, the woods and lake right out back. A retreat but close to town with the park and harbor, shops, restaurants, hiking trails, etc. Guest access You're renting the whole house. Other things to note When it’s cold out, the downstairs can be chilly! We have space heaters for additional heating when you need it. The upstairs is warmer. Because the Citadel is right off of Hiway 7, you can hear traffic. Occasionally people will use the spacious parking area to turn around. The parking is generous and should be able to handle three trucks with boats. IMPORTANT WI-FI NOTE: The wi-fi tends to run more slowly in the evening. If you plan to work, it runs faster during the morning and afternoon. We can't guarantee that you will be able to accomplish all that you need to do for work. USUALLY there is no problem, but if you need guaranteed 24 hour stable wi-fi, we just can't get it. We've done the research! Please ask about bringing your children. With the highway out front and the lake out back, it's a little iffy with little ones.
