Aside from all the outdoor activities, Crested Butte has some of the best dining, and as "foodies" we strongly endorse the restaurants in this quaint mountain town. Our condo is the perfect location for families, couples and anyone hoping to stay close to the ski lifts without the ski-in/ski-out prices. Just a short walk (less than 150 yards) to the lifts, shops and restaurants in the heart of the base area over a private footbridge. The unit is fully furnished with all you and your family/friends could possibly need for a great mountain vacation. Here are just a few awesome things about our condo: -Our condo is less than 150 yards across a private footbridge to the base of Mt. Crested Butte and the free shuttle to everywhere in town. - We have one of, if not the, best views of Mt. Crested Butte and Whetstone Mountain from our porch! -Our condo's decor. With vaulted ceilings, new floors, granite countertops, 3 bedrooms complete with brand new furniture, and 2 full bathrooms, -Fireplace and freshly stocked wood for every renter! -TV"s with DVD player and Time Warner Cable In the Living Room and in Each bedroom. -Krups Coffee Pot. -Luxurious bath robes for (4). -Walking distance to restaurants, and bars. -Two-bed loft. Great for the kids to escape for peace and quiet for the adults. Guests have access to shared hot tub, shared laundromat facilities, and walking bridge to base ski area. There are 2 available parking spots and renters should be sure to display parking passes found in the condo with the red keychain that states REMOVE BEFORE FLIGHT. Crested Butte back into the town of Crested Butte every twenty minutes at no charge. Rates are subject to change until booking is confirmed. We have a minimum age for renting. We cannot rent to vacationing students or singles under 25 years of age unless accompanied by an adult guardian or parent, unless approved before booking. Bookings to individuals under the age of 25 will accompany restrictions. Please contact owner for more information.
