AWD is recommended in the winter; Summit County can be very snowy. Plowing and shoveling typically start once 4” accumulate. Upon request, we may be able to provide additional snow removal. The condo is located in the heart of Breck. There is a bus stop is just a half block away. You're also across the street from the Snow Flake Lift and 4 O'Clock Run. Jump on the shuttle bus to access all 5 peaks and ski back to the condo! We provide enough supplies for a typical weekend stay. This includes paper towels, salt/pepper, dish soap and a new sponge, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent for a few loads, hotel-style bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and soap, plus extra rolls of toilet paper per bathroom. We also provide fresh pressed linens, including all bed sheets and towels. The Breckenridge Recreation Center offers day passes for their amenities including indoor and outdoor hot tubs, exercise facilities, indoor pool with slide, sauna, rock climbing wall, running track, basketball/ racquetball/tennis courts, fitness/yoga classes, locker rooms, etc. More info is available on their website, and they’re on the free shuttle route.
