Dogs are welcome, with additional $100/$250 cleaning fee. No cats. After a day of boating of the crystal clear, blue Lake Tahoe or a day at the slopes, you'll find this the perfect retreat. We have a tankless water heater, so your whole group will get hot showers!! The house backs to the National Forest for your hiking or snowshoeing pleasure and you'll enjoy complete privacy. At the end of the day, relax in the hot tub. There are 4 flat screen TVs with cable premium and movie channels, netflix, apple TV plus pandora for stereo enjoyment. The house is stocked with towels, extra bedding as needed. Washer and dryer with detergent available. The kitchen is killer with new plates, glassware, pot/pans, baking sheets, cake pans, pie plate, etc. There is a slow cooker, Cuisinart food processor, blender, popcorn popper- we are stocked! Plus salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, sugar and spices. For your morning indulgences, there is a regular coffee maker, espresso machine and a keurig, if you prefer pods. In the garage your find sleds and saucers for fun in the snow. For summer there are rafts, floaty things, tubes, a pop up tent, and wagon to get it all to the beach-plus beach towels. All set for a perfect vacation! The rent does not include 10% tourism tax. And 2% North Lake Tahoe TBID assessment. We have a dog friendly beach across the street, so bring your dogs - extra $100 dog fee for 1 dog, $250 for two or more dogs. We will send a request for these fee just before your stay. Lastly we recommend private trip insurance that covers weather including snow, fires/smoke, covid restrictions or your personal situation. Guest have access to the whole house, game room, hot tub and full kitchen with spices, oil/vinegar, sugar and basics. Owner locks 2nd garage. Guests will have complete privacy during their stay. Guests may email or call with questions before, during or after their stay. We do have a local contact should something arise that needs immediate attention. Carnelian Bay is between Tahoe City and Kings Beach in North Lake Tahoe. The cabin location is close to all the North Shore Beaches, 19 minutes to Northstar and 22 minutes to Squaw Valley-Alpine Meadows. Stateline casinos are 10 minutes away as well. This home is perfect for one or two families and large groups offering all the amenities. In the game room you'll find pool table, and a whole host of board games. The backyard has gas grill and the hot tub - lots of privacy as it backs up to the Tahoe National Forest. Reno is 45 minutes away. walk, bike, drive . . .Nearby are great restaurants such as Gar Woods Grill and Pier where you can watch the sunset and ponder the next day's activities from boating, fishing, kayaking, rafting down the Truckee River, swimming, hiking, skiing, and so much more that this beautiful place has to offer. Post Office Cafe has great breakfasts and lunches and CB Pizza, Waterman's are local favorites. 7-11 is near as are the grocery stores. You can walk to practically anything your heart desires!
