Kick back & relax in a waterfront home surrounded by the peaceful sounds of nature. Both levels feature large sliding glass doors looking out onto balconies with gorgeous views of the River. Enjoy complimentary coffee listening to the birds, unwind on comfy furniture streaming your fav shows on smart TVs, indulge in homecooked meals in a fully stocked kitchen, and connect with your crew through a large selection of games and books. And if you want a little adventure, take two kayaks for a spin! The space Welcome to the Riverfront Retreat! Level 1: Carport, Kayaks, Path to Community Boat Dock The front door to the home is located in the Carport where there are also two kayaks with paddles and life jackets. If you would like to use the kayaks, carry them down to the community boat dock and put them in the water there. After use, please place the kayaks back face down under the carport. Level 2: Living Room, Main Balcony, Dining Room, Kitchen, Half Bathroom. The Living Room features a comfy sectional couch that can seat 5, a 58-inch Roku Smart TV, and a large selection of DVDs. Essentially an entire wall of the living room is sliding glass doors looking out onto the main balcony, which might just be the best spot in the house. There is a table and 4 chairs where you can enjoy a meal or game night while basking in the sights and sounds of the river. The interior dining room seats 6 and there are multiple shelves with a large and diverse selection of games, puzzles, and books. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need. And there is also a half-bathroom on this main level. Level 3: Two Bedrooms, Two Full Bathrooms, Master Balcony, Laundry Room. The Master Bedroom has a King Bed and the other bedroom has a Queen. Both beds have soft white microfiber linens and a mixture of soft and firm pillows. I've received many compliments that the beds are quite comfortable! Both rooms have Roku Smart TVs for easy streaming and USB-port lamps for easy charging. There is another balcony overlooking the river right off of another wall of sliding glass in the Master Bedroom. It features two rocking chairs, a small table, and a little bit of a higher view. The view makes the master quite an incredible place to wake up! Both bedrooms have their own ensuite full bathroom and each shower provides complimentary Shampoo, Conditioner, and Body Wash made by Ginger Lilly Farms Botanicals. The products have a Green-Tea Lemongrass Scent and are 100% vegan, paraben-free, gluten-free, cruelty-free, and PETA certified. The Laundry Room is well stocked with cleaning supplies and a washer and dryer that guests are welcome to use (just please bring your own detergent). There are plenty of extra towels, linens, blankets, and pillows and there is ample closet space in both bedrooms. Guest access You will have exclusive access to the entire home including 2 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, Living Dining Room, Kitchen, Laundry Room, Two Balconies, and a Carport. You may also access the boat dock which is shared by the community. Other things to note My place is pet-friendly. So you are certainly welcome to bring your pet with you. However, if you are thinking of bringing a pet, there are several things you should consider first. For example: If your dog barks constantly while you are gone and would disturb the neighbors, it's not the right fit. Or if your dog gets really anxious and chews on things - it's not the right fit. In other words, please make sure that your pet is trained and well-behaved, and able to handle the experience of staying in someone else's home. Also - make sure that you clean up after your pet, especially whenever they do their business out in the yard. Thank you. I really do love pets and I welcome them into my home with open arms. However, traveling with pets is not necessarily for every pet or for every situation.
