All cleaning crews will be using EPA approved disinfectants, including Prokure V, which is a disinfectant, sanitizer, and virucide that has been approved for and shown to be effective against coronavirus. ? Cleaning crews will be opening doors and windows throughout each clean to allow for the air flow and circulation of fresh air into the home. ? Our cleaning staff will be tackling and focusing on all highly touched surfaces as part of every departure clean. This includes things such as light switches, doorknobs & handles, tables & dining chairs, countertops, faucets & sinks, phones, TV remotes, etc. ? Cleaning crews will be emptying their vacuums at the end of every clean to avoid any cross contamination from one property to another. ? Tahoe Property Services also owns a Vapor Clean Pro6 Duo. This is a steam clean/steam vapor machine that uses a combination of heat and high-pressure to create steam, which penetrates surface pores. We will be using this machine at any property where guests have exhibited signs & symptoms of the virus and it will be used in conjunction with an EPA approved disinfectant. Fantastic four bedroom, 2.5 bath home located in a quiet peaceful neighborhood on the Tahoe Keys lagoon.. This beautiful mountain home that has been tastefully furnished and decorated to accomodate a family getaway to the mountains. Features of this home include: upstairs living with a spacious living area, new TV, huge kitchen with expansive granite counters and a brand new (2/2020) 5 burner gas stove, plenty of room for several cooks. Additionally the upstairs features: 51 Inch Smart TV A deck to enjoy the great views, Propane BBQ A full laundry room with washer and dryer Half Bath off the great room Master Suite with Cal King bed, full bath (separate jetted tub and shower) Downstairs Features: Family room with comfortable seating and a TV Foos ball Table Bedroom 2 with a bunk bed (double down, single above) and a separate twin bed Bedroom 3 with a queen bed Bedroom 4 with two twin bunk beds Full Bath The family room has a slider to the fully fenced backyard and new (2015) hot tub. This home does not have air conditioning. Guest of record must be 25 years of age. This location is close to the bike trails leading to Tahoe's favorite beaches (Camp Richardson, Pope Beach, Baldwin Beach, Kiva Beach) also make sure you explore Tahoe's historical Valhalla . Minutes from dining and shopping (Sonny's BBQ, Jalepeno's, Burger Lounger, Cake's By the Lake, Cantina Bar & Grill, Evans) A guest pool pass is $7.00 per day person. A seven (7) day Guest pass may be purchased for $30. Children five (5) years and under are admitted free with an adult pass holder. A guest tennis pass may be purchased for $15 per person per day. A seven (7) day Guest pass may be purchased for $60.00. You will need your guest rental contract with you to purchase passes. Guest passes may be purchased at the pool or at the Tahoe Keys Property Owners Association office, to the left of the outdoor pool on Ala Wai Blvd. City of South Lake Tahoe VHR Permit 8075 Maximum Occupancy: 12 Maximum # of Vehicles: 4 all vehicles must be parked in the garage or in the driveway, no street or dirt parking allowed. Note for all reservations: The guest of record has two choices for damage/security protection. The guest of record can purchase a damage insurance policy for $49.00. This policy covers up to $3,000.00 worth of accidental damage as long as it is reported and is accidental. If the guest of record does not want to purchase a damage insurance policy there will be a security deposit required. Security deposits are refundable if there is no damage to the property. CSA Travel insurance is available for an additional fee.
