Due to the likelihood of debris from balconies getting in the pool, it has been decided that the complex is closing and covering both pools. The complex is looking to fence off both pools and will try to leave small corner areas open for sunbathing. The beach access will be open but owners and guests will need to use the ends of the building and the sidewalk closest to the beach. All balconies will be cleared meaning the patio furniture may be inside your unit while the outside work is being completed. Plastic sheeting will be placed over balcony doors and balconies will NOT be usable. All units ending in 11-22 will be painted and have balconies blocked. IF your unit does NOT end in 11-22 balconies may be open but not guaranteed. Keep in mind, if they are open there is potential for the wind to blow water and debris onto them and other areas throughout the building. A parking pass includes arm bands for six guests. If the office is closed upon arrival, a security guard will permit entrance to the facility but a parking pass must be purchased in the morning. Parking pass is a one time fee of approx 17.50 (MAXIMUM: 2 passes). **Please note: 2 parking spots are not guaranteed. HOA may limit units to 1 parking spot depending on availability. Should you only be granted one parking spot, Panama City Beach has 3 public parking lots located at 9941 Thomas Drive, 600 Henley Drive, and 11117 Front Beach Road for an hourly or daily fee.** Water Access: Damage Waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $2,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
