I offer a private first floor bedroom with a queen size memory foam bed and a full size private bath with a bathtub/ shower/ toilet and sink. You are welcome to enjoy the living room/dining room and kitchen. I will set aside a place for you to put your items in the fridge. You are also welcome to enjoy the patio area right outside of my kitchen. I have wi-fi . You are free to roam on the first floor of my home. No pets. No children under 8 years. Smoking outside only in backyard. The space Townhome at the end of a cul de sac in extremely quiet neighborhood. Have had guests over sleep because it is so quiet here. Guest access Guests are free to roam the first floor of my townhome including kitchen , living room, dining room and patio. Light cooking only in kitchen. Light cooking is using microwave and toaster. During your stay I work full time outside of my home so I may not actually see all of my guests. I do provide my cell number to each guest in case they need anything during their stay. I do live in my home. I prepare meals here and eat here. You may see me in the kitchen preparing food for work or dinner. Other things to note 35 minutes to High Point Furniture Market. 10 minutes to UNCG and coliseum area. 10 minutes to Guilford College. 15 minutes to Friendly Center (shopping and restaurants). 15 minutes to Moses Cone hospital. Less than 1 mile to Country Day Park, Battleground park and Nature Science Center. 20 minutes to Piedmont Triad International Airport . No smoking or vaping in my home.
