Bedrooms: Spacious interior has 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. As you enter there is a guest bathroom on the left, A large living room with fireplace and immediate views onto the deck. A well-equipped kitchen and a quiet birdwatching deck off the kitchen. The master bedroom is spacious with a fireplace, king-size bed, walk-in closet and it's own private bathroom with shower and tub. Guest bedroom 2:sleeps six with two twins over full combo bunk beds, 48" tv, dresser, and closet. Guest bedroom three: offers a queen-size bed, TV, dresser, and closet. All bedrooms are decorated nicely with comfortable cozy bedding and all provide windows to provide plenty of light. There is a full bathroom downstairs with a shower and tub. Amenities: 48 inch TV in all bedrooms and living room including WiFi, Internet, central heating, and portable air conditioning unit. Washer and dryer, fully stocked kitchen with a microwave. On the back deck, there is an automatic shade awning. Things to do: It's a short drive to Lake Arrowhead Village where are you and your family and friends can enjoy summer concerts, shopping, galleries, boat trips, and dining. Ice cream and candy stores, arcade, and Lollipop Park for the kids where they can enjoy a carousel ride go-cart racing along with other fun activities. Come in the summer and enjoy the lake and everything it has to offer along with two private beach clubs for swimming and sunbathing. Come in the fall and see the beautiful autumn colors and enjoy Oktoberfest. In the winter ski Bear Mountain, Snow Valley, or enjoy snow tubing at Alpine Slide at Magic Mountain.
