You can walk to Solana Beach Farmers market and Cedros District (2 min walk). San Diego is known for the lack of public transportation and car is a must. However, the condo is located in the heart of Solana beach surrounded by many cafe and restaurants. Most of my guests walk or bike around for dining. Also, the train station is 5 min walk if you decided to take a tour in old town,downtown, museums and balboa park. It’s very convenient since parking is a big hassle in downtown area. Just a note regarding the bedrooms: The master bedroom has a gorgeous ocean view. The second bedroom is smaller and doesn’t have windows ( has 2 venting fans)!! Kids usually love this room it’s small and cozy but some people who would share the cost might have issues. There is No central AC or split units. We have one portable AC in the living room, a selling fan and a portable fan. Other rooms have selling fans and portable fans. Bedrooms are not attached to the bathrooms.
