My apartment in the Pré Saint-Gervais offers a nice and confortable environment, just outside Paris! The space The 40 m² apartment has a semi-open kitchen (gas/induction hob, fan oven, micro-wave oven), a living room with a Hi-Fi system and a 55" TV (Netflix included), as well as a large and quiet bedroom. Located 5 minutes away on foot, line 5 (Hoche metro) allows you to reach the Place de la République in 15 minutes. You will also find many shops and restaurants in the city center of Le Pré Saint-Gervais. The parks of La Villette and Buttes-Chaumont, in the 19th arrondissement of Paris, are a 15-20 minute walk away. Guest access You will have all rooms for yourself: kitchen, living-room, bedroom, bathroom and private toilets.
