The space This 1st floor property is a 'New Orleans' concept in style, tropical courtyard, and comfortable outdoor seating with large umbrellas at each table. The pool is heated in the winter and usable at that time. This is a small 35-unit complex that is loved by all who stay. The unit is a comfortable space, plenty of kitchen gear, plenty of paper products, spices, salt pepper, coffee, and coffee pods are left for you. The bathroom will be stocked with Bodywash, shampoo, conditioner, and toilet paper. We have left you plenty of large bath towels and BIG beach towels. Parking is available for 1 car only. Guest access The whole condo is for you to use and enjoy, the pool and courtyard, grill etc... all for you to use and enjoy.
