Before even stepping foot into the cottage be sure to take in beautiful mountain and rolling countryside views from the front porch. Continue inside and you'll be amazed at how spacious the tiny cottage truly is. Whatever has brought you here our hope is that you find this space equally relaxing and inspiring. We want to also make known that there is a gravel driveway. Low profile cars and motorcycles are not really recommended. The space The cottage and surrounding yard is yours to enjoy. We encourage you to take things slow and capture every moment in this beautiful area. Take a nap while laying in a hammock or read your favorite book while sitting on the porch. Inside the cottage you'll find a spacious dining/sitting area, queen size bed (queen or twin size air mattress available upon request), a quaint bathroom, and a kitchenette with everything you need to prepare a snack or small meal. Guest access You will have full access to the cottage during your stay. Wi-Fi upon request. Cell coverage is good on the hill so hotspots with carrier is also a great option. Other things to note We are located between Madisonville and Sweetwater. To get to shopping or restaurants, you’re looking at about a 10 minute drive either way. The back yard is like a little bird sanctuary. So bring your camera or binoculars. Spend some time in the hammock listening to the sound of nature. Being in a rural area, you will more than likely see some wildlife and such. We recommend that you bring insect repellant if you plan on spending time outside. We have 2 dogs on the property now. They are in their own fenced in area. Please do not approach without our consent to do so. We also have live stock. Note for Motorcyclists, our driveway is 3/10 of a mile with gravel. There is an incline. So we recommend experienced motorcyclists for this stay.
