There is a BBQ grill and a covered patio and dining seating for 12 outside. The salt water swimming pool also houses an 8 person spa and a 20 foot tanning shelf. There is also a firepit with a number of lounge chairs around to converse over the fire. All of this is in one place overlooking the great view of the San Jacinto Mountains to the west. Noise: Be mindful of your neighbors- limit noise at all times during your stay to respectful levels. Outdoor music is not permitted at any level anytime. STRICT city penalties are imposed for any noise that can be heard from the property line. ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES OR EVENTS. **Violation of the city of ordinance can result in fines to you upwards to $1000.00 and result of immediate eviction from property without refund.
