One mile to the west is unlimited access to trails for hiking, mountain biking or ATV rides. Enjoy the entire house to yourself with access to a private backyard and patio. Kitchen is stocked with basic items needed for cooking/baking and includes complimentary coffee. Laundry facilities are accessible, including detergent. Bathrooms have plenty of fresh towels with complimentary shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Fully landscaped backyard and patio is available for guest use. Small 2 car garage is accessible for parking. Additional parking is also available in the driveway and on the street as well. WIFI and smart TV allow you to log into your own Netflix or other accounts. Air mattress available in downstairs closet and extra blankets/pillows can be found in bedroom closets. We live about 10 minutes away and are available to help with any problems or concerns. Unless assistance is needed, we give our guests complete privacy. Conveniently located right off the interstate in a quiet, friendly neighborhood. Within a one hour drive you can access sand dunes, Flaming Gorge Reservoir, Green River and several trails for biking/hiking and ATV rides. Public transportation is limited here. The townhouse does share a wall with the neighbors. Please be respectful of loud noises and curfews.
